THINK AND PLAN:

    a) PROBLEMS. Young people spend all their time hanging around on the       street. There are sometimes problems with vandalism ang graffiti.

    b) SOLUTION. A youth café

    c) CAUSES. There isn't anywhere for young people to go. There aren't any facilities for them.

WRITING:

Hello!

My name's Paula Corominas and I live in South London in England. I like the area where I live, so I want to improve it. 

In my opinion there isn't anywhere for young people to go anf there aren't any facilities for them. As a result, young people spend all their time hanging around on the street. There are sometimes problems with vandalism and graffiti. I think the cocucil should do something about this. I'm sure they must have some land which local people can use for a youth café.

I am the manager of club is ''Banyoles DESFILA". I am writing to you because we are planning a big parade in Spain, and we are looking for sponsors.
The parade will take place in October. People who love the parade will be at Banyoles in Spain for this event. Each person must be prepared for a competition and the judges will choose the best. I think your Clothing company is good publicity.

Joaquín Cortés is a dancer. He was born in Córdoba in 1969. He moced to Madrid in 1981 and New York 1999. He studied dance when he was 12 years old. His most famous shows are Pasions Gitana, Soul, Live he's explosive, original and athletic.

A brave Rescue.
The rescue happened when I was swimming in a beach on Tarragona. I was playing with my sister in the water, while a child drowned. The baby had gone to the beach with his grandmother and his grandomther could not swim. Suddeney s strong man come, the threw into the water and grabbed the child. Late on she brought the with the grandmother and the people applanded this man for what he had done.

Hi, I'm Paula and I'm from Catalonia (Spanish). I'm a nice person. I've got a blond hair and brown eyes. 

Likes and Dislikes:

I'm really into music. I like watching TV and specially ''Polseres Vermelles". I love TV3. I like chatting on internet and i love Catalonia.

My time and money:

 I spend a lot of time on internet. And I spend my money on material for school, books, magazines and present for my friends.

Requests:

I practice Spanish, Catalan and English. I don't  like to meet people from other countries, i don't mind their nationality. But I like Italian.

Writing unit2: My ideal home.

MY IDEAL HOME.

Here we are in my ideal home. It's a modern home. It's got five bedrooms, and theree bathrooms, one kitchen, two living rooms and one relax room. The living rom has got a veautiful balcony with flowers.

On an ideal afternoon in my ideal home we're all here. My mum reads in the balcony and my father is in the kitchen, he's making lunch. My sister is in her bathroom with her computer. I'm in my bedroom. I've got a new computer and I'm chatting on the internet with friends.

My favorite room is my bedroom. It's got a big bed and really beautiful and big computer.

Saturday 18th June:

I'm going to go on expedition next saturday. We're going to stay on a camping in Tarragona. I must take my satellite phone, so I can use the compass.

Wensday 7th Octover:

Here i am in the forest. It's cold and rainy, and we're staying next to a mountain. I'm going to swim in the river. We're going to go, walk to the mountains later.

Friday 16th March:

This is me walking. We had a fantastic time, but I haven got any drink. We're go to beach tomorrow. I must take sunscreen..and insect repellent.
